A brief history....

Public Wear was born from the dissatisfaction of current clothing designs. Repetitive logos and boring designs were the driving force for creating something new and fresh aimed for a youthful audience. Public Wear is a hobby run within the spare time of several young T-Shirt enthusiasts. Therefore Public Wear is a youthful brand aimed for people who enjoy good quality T-Shirts and designs of a relaxed nature, much like how we are.

All T-Shirts are made from 100% cotton shirts and are handmade to add that personal touch, therefore all T-shirts might vary in some form or manner. We believe that delivering personalised T-Shirts to a high quality and of simple but eye catching designs is what sets us a part from our competitors. We want want what you want, therefore our motto is 'What you want!'

We operate a website (http://publicwear.com) where we encourage our community to participate by providing us ideas, designs and even interesting news relating to art or expression. This done through our Design Portal, anyone is welcome to register and submit their creations for free. In this way we believe we are able to remain in touch with the latest trends and ultimately deliver what the public wants, which is why our motto is ‘What you want!’

elcome to Public Wear. This might all look to confusing and complicated, however it is actually pretty simple. We have compiled some questions we get asked often. Take a read around.

What is Public Wear?

A lot of people have asked me what PublicWear is. Well... simply it is a place dedicated at creating new and unique T-Shirts for guys and girls. We encourage people to participate which is why we have the Design Portal.

Our Public Competition

As from November 2008 we have started a new competition where we will be randomly allocating a T-shirt to a lucky winner each month. All you need to do is become a fan of our Public Wear Page on Facebook. Simple*....

So the simple* (yes simple* again!) rules are:

Competition starts from 1 November 2008 and will runevery month until 1 November 2009. Where we will decide to, probably, continue with it
Winners are announced monthly, in our monthly newsletter
Only one entry per user on Facebook
Winners will be notified via email or Facebook messages
T-Shirt designs will be chosen by Public Wear, should you not like our pre-chosen design we are open to dialogue
Winners will get a choice of a male or a female t-shirt.
Public Wear can close the competition anytime it may choose

What is the Design Portal?

Sometimes we like to use fancy words like Design Portal. Well to cut the story short, the Design portal is the place where users can submit their designs.
