Public Wear's Returns Policy

We hope that you never need to read this, but unfortunately things can and do go wrong. Therefore in the case that you have changed your mind or you are unhappy with your purchase please read our the following policy on how returns can be done.

 

We will accept returns up to 14 days from the purchase price. This can be done by sending us a message via the contact us page, please ensure to select "Return Request" and to include your Order Number. This will make our task much easier.

 

Once a return has been requested we will ask you to choose between one of the three options:

  • Refund the full amount of the purchase
  • Swap the purchase item or items for another
  • Provide you with store credit for the same value as the purchase, or even sometimes a little bonus is added for the inconvenience.

Once a decision has been made all purchased items must be returned unworn, clean and in original packaging (if possible - includes tags, labels, etc...). The address to send these to is:

Unfortunately, Public Wear will not reimburse the postage costs for returning the order, unless the items were damaged or faulty upon arrival.

Lastly, we really appreciate it if you tell us why you want to return your purchase, or any other comments that you might have. We always strive to improve but we can't do so unless you tell us. So any feedback (good or bad) is most appreciated.
